At Become the Alpha Training, I want to provide you with the knowledge and skills to train properly and efficiently. Having the proper strength and conditioning will allow you to attain the success you desire.

Strength and Conditioning Coach

Alex Salterio

To be the best, you need to work harder and better than your competition.  I know the challenge of being an elite athlete having played both University Baseball at Lakehead University and Football at Mount Allison University. This allowed me firsthand knowledge of the mental and physical demands that elite athletics require.  

 

Allow me to help you reach your performance goals and become the best. I work with both University and High school athletes who are attempting to reach greatness in their sports.

 

I am certified by the NSCA - CSCS, CanFitPro as a PTS as well as USA Weightlifting (USAW) as a level 1 coach, and have been working in the industry for 8 years. Most recently I was the head strength and conditioning coach at the University of Winnipeg Mens Basketball. Previously I have worked as an Undergraduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Mount Allison University, interned at University of South Carolina football and Georgia Tech football.
